Doreen Cooper is an International Learning and Development Professional for Communication and Essential Professional Skills. After earning her degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University, Doreen worked full-time for McKinsey, the world’s top management consulting firm. Her packed CV reflects experience in the fields of marketing, sales, recruitment, events management, training and development, business strategy, and regional communications and coordination. She became a training consultant in 2014, while taking her Masters Degree in Communication at the Ateneo de Manila University. She was recognized by one of her training partner organizations, Salt & Light Ventures, as their highest-rated speaker for in-house speaking engagements in 2018.

Doreen is an active member of Toastmasters International, a public speaking and leadership skills organization. She has achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) norm, the highest level achieved after completing the educational program. As a public speaking practitioner for more than 20 years, Doreen serves as a coach and mentor for members in the organization and recently completed her term as the Division Director for Makati - a role which oversaw the performance of over 20 clubs in the Central Business District.

She is an award-winning speaker, having won in different speech competitions, including first-runner up in the 2020 Evaluation Speech Championships of Philippine Toastmasters. She is an award-winning leader, and was recognized as the 2019 Area Director of the Year, a leadership recognition given to only one individual in every country.
